Make the fun server pure pvp. Meaning no required tokens or arena points or anything for t6 and arena gear.

To make people work for better gear a suggestion is making t7 requiring honor points to buy. This will up the pvp rates.

Alot of people play private to get instant gear so if the vendors require nothing to purchase with you have happy customers.

I suggest, to delete T6 so people must do instance to get it. About PvP I would say same as BigTimmeh, to make T7 for PvP-ing.

If its a pvp fun server there really is no point of instancing for gear.
