How to Connect to the Ventrilo Server

Ventrilo is a way we can communicate to each other over a voice program. This requires a microphone. To download ventrilo go to www.ventrilo.com an download ventrilo.

Steps on how to Setup vent:

Install ventrilo.

On the username section at the top of your ventrilo window. There will be an arrow like this -> select this and create a username. Please put your name as your main world of warcraft name, click ok.

Next go to Server and press the new tab and key in the name Fizzywow

Next type in the following for hostname/IP: tungsten.typefrag.com
For port type in: 29823

There is no password. After this is done click ok and click connect. This should bring you onto the server. Once connected, scroll down to the Fizzywow channel and double click to join.

Next what you need to do is click the setup key on the right panel of your ventrilo window. Once in the setup window Tick the box push-to-talk key and a grey box a little bit underneath it should appear white. Press your middle mouse button in this box and select ok. You now have to press and hold down the middle mouse button key to speak and release to let go.
